This ranged from charities, SMEs, startups and NGOs based in the following countries:

Previous projects

Growth Strategy, Under One Roof Collective, United Kingdom

Under One Roof Collective is an online gallery that showcases and sells curated interior design pieces created by emerging UK designers, helping creative talent connect with customers and grow their businesses. The student team developed a customer growth strategy to attract new audiences, improve customer engagement, and increase sales through targeted marketing and customer experience initiatives.

Digital Marketing, Tianmei's World Academy, China

Tianmei's World Academy is a decentralised "network of classrooms" that uses environmental psychology to create cross-cultural learning environments for adult learners. One student team developed a targeted digital marketing strategy for the Asian market, focusing on platforms such as WeChat and Xiaohongshu, while another team created a digital marketing strategy for European and global markets using professional platforms such as LinkedIn and Substack. The aim was to increase awareness, engagement, and enrolment among adult learners worldwide.

Funding Strategy, Communion Development of Community, Uganda

Communion Development of Community is a community-focused organisation supporting local development and social impact initiatives. The student team researched international grant opportunities in areas including youth empowerment, humanitarian support, sports for development, and NGO partnerships.

Sustainable Impact, KVIA NEXUS, Benin

KVIA NEXUS is an impact-focused strategic advisory platform supporting sustainable finance, digital transformation, and ESG integration across Africa. Students identified scalable partnerships, business models, and opportunities to strengthen the organisation's impact and long-term sustainability.

Artificial Intelligence, HosTalky, Canada

HosTalky is a mobile and desktop platform designed for healthcare professionals, providing AI-powered tools that help teams connect, collaborate, and stay organised. The student team focused on practical prompt engineering, creating structured clinical notes, reducing AI errors, developing iterative testing methods, and ensuring outputs were effective in real-world healthcare settings. 

International Business, Neoleap, India

Neoleap is a startup accelerator that supports entrepreneurs in East India through mentorship, ecosystem development, and connections to funding opportunities. The student team conducted market research into the hardware startup ecosystems in India and Japan to support the development of a proposed joint venture with a Japanese accelerator. The project also explored potential new revenue models and opportunities for international collaboration, helping Neoleap strengthen its position within the global innovation ecosystem.
