Leeds Global Industry Programme  When it takes place

Cohort dates for the Leeds Global Industry Programme take place at various points throughout the 2026 – 2027 academic year.

You can participate in the programme only once, and you must be able to commit to the cohort you register for. If you withdraw from the programme, we cannot guarantee you a place in another cohort. Please be sure to check your academic timetable before registering.

Orientation and project briefing sessions are compulsory you must be available for all the dates in the cohort.

Celebration and reflection events

The University will arrange a number of in‑person Celebration and Reflection events throughout the year. Invitations to these events will be shared via email to all students who complete the programme.

The events provide a valuable opportunity for those who complete the programme to come together, share their experiences, and recognise their achievements. Attendees will hear from employers, participate in guided discussions to showcase and articulate the skills they’ve developed, and engage in meaningful reflection activities.

The event also offers dedicated time for networking with fellow students, allowing participants to build connections, exchange insights and strengthen their professional community.
