Emerging Leaders Experience

The Emerging Leaders Experience is a three-day immersive leadership programme, exclusive to University of Leeds students.

It will allow you to dive into a diverse array of organisations and industries while developing your leadership style and approach. 

About the programme

The Emerging Leaders Experience will allow you to understand real, cross-cultural decision-making by connecting you with senior leaders in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors.
You will develop and present your ideas with real changemakers and walk away with the tools to navigate complex issues with cultural intelligence.
You will become more confident, build connections across the university and wider Leeds City region, and develop key skills while gaining practical work experience.
At the end of the programme, we will help you reflect on the three days so you can translate it into your own context and articulate it in the future.

Eligibility

This opportunity is available for first and second/penultimate year undergraduate students from underrepresented backgrounds.
