Leeds Global Industry Programme How to register
The Leeds Global Industry Programme is a key part of your experience at Leeds. Every taught postgraduate student (who is enrolled on a Masters course until July 2026) is guaranteed a place.
There is no formal application process to the programme. Instead, you will need to register your interest and outline your project preferences. Every taught postgraduate student is guaranteed a place.
When you register for the programme, you’ll need to:
- Choose your preferred project type (more details about project types here)
- Select your preferred industry sector from:
- Business
- Creative and Cultural
- Social
- Environmental
- Technology
- Digital, Data and AI.
Practera forms student teams based on the project preferences submitted during the registration stage. They aim to create diverse teams, enabling students to collaborate in cross-functional, multidisciplinary, and multicultural environments.
Following confirmation from the University of your place on the programme, you will receive a welcome email and calendar invitations from Practera. You will be onboarded on to the platform two weeks before orientation to enrol.
