Mentoring

Would you like to benefit from the expertise of a career mentor? Mentoring is an effective tool for supporting development and enhancing graduate career prospects.

Mentoring connects a professional (mentor) and a student (mentee). You’ll have the opportunity to learn from your mentor, who will share their expertise, knowledge and insights to support your career planning and development.

Benefits

Mentoring relationships can be hugely beneficial. Our mentors have either studied a similar programme to you and/or are working in an industry area of your interest. Some of the benefits reported by our mentees include:

•    development of professional connections
•    one-to-one support and advice
•    an increase in confidence when applying for opportunities
•    accelerated personal and professional development
•    having specialist sector related guidance and key insights which helps to refine career goals.
