Find out what happens to appointments and services over Christmas. We will work with you to help you manage your wellbeing and mental health, to develop insights into your situation alongside the tools and strategies to make the most of your time at University. We are a multi-disciplinary team of counsellors, mental health advisors and wellbeing practitioners. We offer a range of support, from Big White Wall’s 24/7, online support, to workshops, groups and individual appointments. We also refer students, where appropriate, to specialists in other areas.
