These two groups take place in person as well as being live streamed over Zoom. They offer participants a wide variety of deep relaxation, mindfulness and meditation practices. These techniques help to develop improvements in wellbeing and self-awareness.
These in-person workshops and webinars are held exclusively for PGRs and focus on topics relevant to managing your wellbeing as a PGR.
Wellbeing Webinars take place on Zoom on either Wednesday or Thursday during term time (12pm to 1pm) The sessions have been designed for you to share your ideas anonymously via the keyboard, if you wish. You can choose to enter only your initials or simply type ‘Anon’ and this will be the only information visible to other participants.
