The Leeds Bursary scheme is only available to undergraduates undertaking their first degree programme.

Many undergraduates who started their course after September 2012 can get the Leeds Bursary. Find out about eligibility and if you need to apply for the support.

Centrally funded postgraduate maintenance payments

If you receive a centrally-funded scholarship administered by the Postgraduate Scholarships Office, then details of your payments will be outlined in your scholarship award or renewal letter.

PGR Cost of Living Bursary

In response to the challenges posed by the recent increased cost of living in the UK, the University is pleased to offer a non-repayable Cost of Living Bursary to eligible PGRs who are in need (subject to a successful application).

School/Faculty funded postgraduate maintenance payments

All student school/faculty funded postgraduate maintenance payments (excluding reimbursement of expenses and payment for work done) are administered by the Student Finance (Funding) team following a request from your school’s authorised signatory.
