Wellbeing Webinars
Wellbeing Webinars take place on Class Collaborate every Wednesday during term time (12-1pm) and cover a range of topics relevant to student life.
The sessions have been designed for you to share your ideas anonymously via the keyboard, if you wish.
Sign-up for Wellbeing Webinars opens a week in advance of each session and you can book a place via the Student Counselling and Wellbeing Hub.
The webinars will not be recorded and participants do not connect with their own video or audio during the sessions.

Managing Anxiety with Compassion

In this webinar, we identify three different emotion regulation systems in the brain: the threat system, the drive system, and the soothing system. If we constantly feel anxious it may be that our three systems are out of balance, which can make it difficult to feel safe and relax.
