Exam timetables
The University will hold exams across a number of periods during the 2026/2027 academic year.
Exams can be held on any day within these periods, including weekends and bank holidays, so please make sure that you’re available for the full period.
Your school may set other assessments, and in some cases exams, during the academic year – they’ll let you know about these.
Your individual exam timetable will be available on Minerva from the following publication dates.

January exam period (11–22 January 2027)
- 13 November 2026 – draft exam timetable
- 27 November 2026 – exam timetable (without venues)
- 11 December 2026 – exam timetable (with venues)
May/June exam period (17 May–4 June 2027)
- 12 March 2027 – draft exam timetable
- 2 April 2027 – exam timetable (without venues)
- 23 April 2027 – exam timetable (with venues)
August re-examination period (10–20 August 2027)
- 26 July 2027 – exam timetable (with venues)
