The Language Zone is free and open to all students at Leeds. You can access free language learning materials and advice, and attend groups and workshops to learn a new language and develop your language skills.

You can meet speakers of the language you want to practise by taking part in a range of peer-to-peer language programmes. You have the chance to learn a new language or develop your existing knowledge and skills.

Languages for all

Languages for All gives undergraduate students the opportunity to learn a language as part of their degree. Our modules offer undergraduate students the chance to develop their language skills and improve their cultural awareness.

Language Zone

You can attend groups and workshops and access free language learning material at the Language Zone. The Language Zone is free and open to all students at Leeds, just bring along your student ID to borrow items.
