Our support resources provide a wide range of help and guidance, both online and people you can speak to. While some of these are based at the University, some are groups and contacts in the wider community.

Student Counselling & Wellbeing Service - Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update 17.03.20 The Student Counselling & Wellbeing Service remains open and we are moving towards remote online support by telephone and /or by Zoom. Wherever possible we will do our best to offer remote online support to any student seeking support.
The Headstart cards covering different areas of difficulty might help you prepare for, and make the most of, your counselling.
