How much funding you can get

The amount of Leeds Bursary you receive depends on your household income and the year you started at the University of Leeds.

Students who started in 2024/25 or start in 2025/26

The following table shows how much financial support full-time students can receive per year based on their household income.

Foundation Year students

The amount you can get depends on which course you are studying.

Information for Foundation Year students is subject to Office for Students (OfS) approval.

The following courses qualify for both a standard Leeds Bursary and an additional tuition fee discount, regardless of how you choose to receive the bursary:
