Disability Services drop-in sessions

Talk to a member of our team about the disability support available to you at University.

We can help you with:

registering with Disability Services
obtaining supporting information
applying for Disabled Students’ Allowances (DSAs)
understanding the support available to you

You do not need a diagnosis or a formal disability to attend a session or book an appointment.

If your query isn’t about disability support, or you’re not sure who you need to speak to, you can use our handy checker to find the right University service.

Drop-ins summer 2026

During summer, our drop-in times will be slightly different.

In-person drop-ins

Visit us in Disability Services (Ground floor, Chemistry West Building) at the following times:

Monday: 1:30pm to 3pm
Tuesday: 1:30pm to 3pm
Wednesday: 1:30pm to 3pm
Thursday: 11am to 12.30pm
Friday: 11am to 12.30pm

You do not need to book an appointment for in-person drop-ins. Appointments are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The final appointments start 20 minutes before closing.

Online appointments

Online appointments are available at the following times:

Monday: 11am to 12.30pm
Wednesday: 11am to 12.30pm
Thursday: 1:30pm to 3pm
Friday: 1:30pm to 3pm

Directions from Leeds University Union

With your back to the Students’ Union Building, walk towards the Great Hall and Clothworkers’ Arch.
Go through the arch and continue across the courtyard.
Continue straight, with the School of Media and Communication on your left.
Disability Services is located in the Chemistry West Building at the end of the path.
