Why choose the University of Leeds for Non-Medical Helper support?
We provide both online and in-person support from qualified and experienced support workers.
Our support workers receive regular training and CPD and have extensive knowledge of the University services available to students, and University-specific processes that disabled students may experience.
They are also able to use our designated one-to-one rooms, based in Disability Services.
Our support workers have strong working relationships with colleagues who coordinate student support, enabling students to have a seamless experience.
