Get help with your online learning course

Your programme is supported by teaching teams from across the University, as well as the Digital Education Service.

All teams work Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm UK time and will aim to respond within two working days.

If you need any help throughout your course, you can contact us using the following information. 
 
If you have any questions about your student record, registration, module enrolment, taking a break, requesting an extension, assessments or any other administrative aspect of your studies, you should email the Student Education and Experience Team at DESstudents@leeds.ac.uk.  

If you have questions about your learning environment, Minerva or Coursera, as you are completing a module, email the Enhancement and Course Support Team at DESCourseSupport@leeds.ac.uk.  

If you have any questions about the academic content of your module, you can contact the Module Leaders as you complete your module.

We encourage you to use the discussion forums within your modules to ask questions so that your peers can also benefit.
