Therapeutic groups and workshops
Our therapeutic groups and workshops provide practical support for common wellbeing and mental health challenges.
Alongside other students, you will learn techniques and approaches to help manage challenges such as stress, anxiety, low mood, procrastination and perfectionism in a supportive and welcoming environment.
Designed and delivered by Student Wellbeing Service practitioners, our groups and workshops combine psychological knowledge with evidence-informed strategies that you can apply to your day-to-day life.
Attending a group or workshop can help you:
- improve your wellbeing and resilience
- develop practical skills and coping strategies
- feel more confident in managing difficulties.
There is no expectation to share personal experiences, and you can participate in a way that feels comfortable for you.
