Replace your student card

If your student card is lost, damaged, expired, or needs updating due to a name change, here’s how to request a replacement.

Lost or stolen cards

If your student card has been lost or stolen, you can order a replacement through our online store.

Replacing a damaged or expired card 

Your student card will work for the duration of your current course at the University, regardless of expiry date. We no longer print an expiry date on student cards. 

If you need a replacement student card, you can order one using the student card order form. You will need to provide a photo of your current student card.

Replacing your card following a name change

• Submit your identity change request.  
• Order a replacement student card via the student card order form.
