Meditation and Mindful Relaxation Groups
These two groups take place in person as well as being live streamed over Zoom. They offer participants a wide variety of deep relaxation, mindfulness and meditation practices. These techniques help to develop improvements in wellbeing and self-awareness.
PGR Wellbeing Programme
These in-person workshops and webinars are held exclusively for PGRs and focus on topics relevant to managing your wellbeing as a PGR.
Wellbeing Webinars take place on Class Collaborate every Wednesday during term time (12-1pm) and cover a range of topics relevant to student life.
