Global Leadership Forum

The University of Leeds Global Leadership Forum will bring together hundreds of students from across the university to engage with a global network of visionary leaders representing massive international brands, as well as unsung heroes who make change happen.

The Global Leadership Forum is a 4-hour online leadership programme taking place on Wednesday 29th November 2023, 4 – 8pm. The programme will allow you to stand up and take ownership of the leadership that will define you, your generation and the impact you will have on the world — and to demonstrate this by earning the embedded Global Leadership micro-credential.

Each session will be facilitated by Common Purpose, a leadership development organisation that specialises in cross-boundary leadership. Common Purpose is a not-for-profit organisation running programmes in more than 70 cities worldwide.

You will have the chance to choose from 4 different masterclasses and 4 different leadership insight sessions, enabling you to explore key themes and issues with a range of expert speakers including recent Leeds graduates.

During the programme, you will engage with a variety of senior leaders from a range of successful companies (leaders TBC)

The programme has 500 fully-funded places available and is open to all students, both Undergraduate and Postgraduate, including PGRs. Students across all disciplines and levels of study are eligible to register. Please check back soon for further details on how to register.
