Stress is a state of worry or mental tension caused by difficult situations.
It’s a natural response to feeling threatened or under pressure. It usually prompts us to address change and threats in our lives, but the way we experience and respond to stress can vary greatly and can impact our wellbeing.
Long-term stress can be linked to poor physical and mental health, so it’s important to get support if you feel like stress is an ongoing problem.
