How we look after our physical health makes a massive difference to our mental health, confidence, self-esteem, studies and long-term wellbeing.
You are important and worth looking after well. It’s important that you:
- drink enough water
- move or exercise in enjoyable ways
- eat healthily
- use contraception
- get regular fresh air
- consider your use of drugs such as caffeine and alcohol.
