The diploma supplement and transcript

About the diploma supplement
The diploma supplement issued by the University of Leeds follows the model developed by the European Commission, Council of Europe and UNESCO/CEPES.
The purpose of the supplement is to provide sufficient independent data to improve "international transparency", and fair academic and professional recognition of qualifications such as diplomas, degrees and certificates.
The supplement is designed to provide a description of the nature, level, context, content and status of studies that a student pursued and successfully completed in the original qualification.
Since June 2015, the general description has been issued in electronic format only. Documents are available below from 2007 onwards.
