Learn about our system for recording your progress throughout your postgraduate research studies

The Graduate Record of Achievement and Development (GRAD) is the University record keeping system for all postgraduate researchers.
 
GRAD lets you arrange:
  • Supervision meetings
  • First formal progress report
  • Transfer
  • Annual progress reports 
 
You are also able to:
  • Upload files/ reports
  • Record training
  • Request annual leave 
  • Notify your Graduate School of an authorised absence
  • Notify your Graduate School of a change of study location
 
GRAD is intuitive and easy to use, but support can be found within the system itself if anything is not clear. Just click on the heading ‘Guides’ on the left-hand menu when you enter the system.
