During your studies, you might need help or support with general issues, such as IT, submitting assignments or general academic guidance. 

Leeds University Union

Leeds University Union has information about a range of topics, including managing exam stress, appeals, proof reading and complaints.  

IT Service Desk 

The IT Service Desk can help with a large range of issues such as forgotten passwords and setting up mobile devices on the Wi-Fi, plus they provide general IT advice to students. Although the IT service does not provide loan laptops, if you have any difficulties accessing the online or digital aspects of your learning please contact your Academic Personal Tutor and / or your Student Support Office for further assistance.

Minerva

Minerva has useful information for University academic support services. As well as personalised announcements from your faculty and school, you can find out more about library services, module announcements and contact details for and updates from LUU student representatives.
