The diploma supplement and transcript

You will receive your transcript with your degree certificate when you graduate. The diploma supplement is available in electronic format only which you can see the links for below.

About the diploma supplement

The diploma supplement issued by the University of Leeds follows the model developed by the European Commission, Council of Europe and UNESCO/CEPES.

The purpose of the supplement is to provide sufficient independent data to improve "international transparency", and fair academic and professional recognition of qualifications such as diplomas, degrees and certificates.

The supplement is designed to provide a description of the nature, level, context, content and status of studies that a student pursued and successfully completed in the original qualification.

Since June 2015, the general description has been issued in electronic format only. Documents are available below from 2007 onwards.

About the academic transcript

The academic transcript gives details of the modules that you took during your degree programme, the number of credits associated with each module, and the mark that you achieved. The academic transcript also provides a note on whether you undertook a year in industry or period of study abroad.
