Come along to our Leeds & You events and activities which we will be running throughout the year, to meet new people in a relaxed and informal setting.
Our student-led events and activities will help you meet other students and postgraduate researchers, while taking part in activities on and off campus.
Join our events on your own or bring your friends along. Our student hosts will be there to support you and make sure that you feel welcome. The majority of our Leeds&You events are free.

Body Combat, 11:15-12:15, Studio 2, The Edge
Body Combat is the empowering cardio workout where you can totally unleash. The fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, Boxing, Taekwondo, Tai Chi and Muay Thai. AHC Wellbeing Café Easter Crafting Session, 12:00-14:00, School of Fine Art Building (2.09)
You are invited to join this special edition of the AHC Wellbeing Café, which will be devoted to a mindful Easter crafting session. Join in with making some fluffy spring chicks made from wool (pom pom crafting) and chat about Easter and other Spring time festivals and celebrations. Families are encouraged to attend and everyone is welcome. There will be tea, coffee and biscuits provided but please bring your own lunch if you like, as it is a relaxed and friendly space. Easter LLC Family and Friends Fun Day, 16:00-18:30, Student Common Room, Level 12, Ziff Building
Join the Lifelong Learning Centre on campus anytime between 4pm – 6:30pm for an afternoon full of fun, family-friendly activities and an opportunity to meet some lovely new people. The event will take place in the Student Common Room, Level 12, Ziff Building and there will be free drinks and snacks, as well as board games, crafts and even an Easter Egg hunt! No need to book, you can join them in the Common Room for as little or as long as you like! This event is open to all students but predominantly aimed at mature students, student parents & carers, commuter students and family members/friends.
