Employability and Progression Assistants

We have a fantastic, dedicated team of graduates supporting the progression of underrepresented students – contact them here!

Hi, there! We’re Kez, Iqra, Aimen and Haseena —the University’s Employability and Progression Assistants (or EPAs for short) and your point of contact for all things careers related.

As University of Leeds graduates from underrepresented backgrounds, we understand that careers planning can feel overwhelming. That’s why we’re working to support students like you get the help that you need.

While we’re at it, we’re also aiming for a stellar Careers Service experience for our valued students.

We can help with developing employability skills, provide industry insight, help you with those pesky ‘soft skills’ people keep mentioning, and a whole host of other things.

If you have any concerns related to your career—or even if you just want an informal chat with someone who’s been there, done that—then please reach out to us through this form.

You can also email us at EPA.careers@leeds.ac.uk

We look forward to hearing from you soon!
