Leeds Internship Programme
Are you interested in securing an internship or work placement during your time at Leeds?
The Leeds Internship Programme works with local Small and Medium sized Enterprises (SMEs), charities and multi-national organisations to advertise paid opportunities, exclusively for University of Leeds students. We also work with University departments advertising on campus opportunities, meaning you could stay in Leeds for your internship or placement year.
As part of the programme interns get involved in many exciting projects while gaining new skills, experience and offering support that organisations find invaluable. Previous students have managed social media and marketing activities, designed websites, completed research into the effectiveness of services and many have been offered further part time work or a graduate job as a result of their internship.
Our intern is still doing amazing and we have offered him a permanent contract of one day per week to continue work during his final year. – Summer Intern Employer
Thank you for helping me get this opportunity. I see this as the first step of my career and I could not have achieved this without you, I hope this shows how valuable these services and assistance are to students like me. –Summer Intern
