Maintaining Health and wellbeing during the COVID-19 pandemic
This link takes you to a really great series of talks and guidelines by the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology and Neuropsychology on looking after ourselves:
Pause-Button Daily Wellbeing Workouts
These daily wellbeing workouts were initially sent as daily emails within Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust during the Covid-19 lockdown. They were written by Alistair Duff and the Clinical Psychology Team with the Trust. They are used with permission. You can work through them at your own pace to help you during the lockdown and beyond. Looking after ourselves - physically and psychologically - is essential if we are to look after our patients, and we recommend these to you:
“Jonathan Darling, Director of Student Support for the School, talks about things you might consider to promote wellbeing during Covid and beyond”.
"Helen Steele, Careers Co-ordinator talks about a technique to challenge unhelpful beliefs that may be behind anxiety you are feeling".
