Pause-Button Daily Wellbeing Workouts

These daily wellbeing workouts were initially sent as daily emails within Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust during the Covid-19 lockdown. They were written by Alistair Duff and the Clinical Psychology Team with the Trust. They are used with permission. You can work through them at your own pace to help you during the lockdown and beyond.
