Whether you are preparing for parenthood, considering your options, or simply looking for information and support, help is available and you do not need to manage things on your own.
Finding out that you are pregnant can bring a wide range of emotions and experiences.
You may be feeling excited, uncertain, worried, overwhelmed, or a combination of many different feelings.
Looking after your emotional wellbeing is just as important as looking after your physical health during this time.
