Get help or ask a question

New to Leeds? You can contact us before and after you arrive on campus about anything from registration and IT support to social activities.

You can also visit our friendly Welcome Hub on campus with any questions and to meet other students.

Contact the Student Information Service

If you need help, before or after you arrive, you can contact the Student Information Service. They can answer your questions or connect you to the right people.

Our phone lines are open 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Visit the Welcome Hub

Once you’re on campus, you can also visit the Welcome Hub in person. It brings together the Student Information Service and other teams in one place, to help make your start at Leeds as smooth as possible.

  • Dates: Monday 15 September until Friday 31 October.
  • Location: Parkinson Court, Parkinson Building.

You can visit the Welcome Hub to:

  • Get answers to questions from the Student Information Service team, for example if you’re struggling with registration or module enrolment.
  • Attend appointments to collect Student Identification cards. You will get an email when these are ready to collect so you can make an appointment.
  • Get support with IT, such as setting up your IT account, connecting to wi-fi, downloading software and more.
  • Connect with our friendly community of current and new students, including our student ambassadors.

If the Welcome Hub is too busy, we have other information points around campus where you can speak to the Student Information Service team in person. You can also email or phone them.

Quieter options

If you’d like to visit in person, but prefer a quiet space, our quieter periods tend to be at the start and end of the day and towards the end of the week.

Alternatively, you can contact us via telephone or email using the Student Information Service contact details on this page. If you need any support in accessing the Student Information Service or Welcome Hub please get in touch as we can offer alternative arrangements to suit your circumstances.
