Dates and location

The next International Conference of Undergraduate Research will be held on 18 to 19 June 2025.

The conference will be held online across two days using video conferencing technology.

How to get involved

The call for abstracts for ICUR 2025 is now open. The deadline for abstract submissions is 12 February 2025. To submit your abstract, please go the ICUR 2025 website.

Presenting at the International Conference of Undergraduate Research will challenge you to:

  • rethink your research in an international context
  • consider the perspective of students from different backgrounds
  • anticipate what may be shared across cultures and local contexts
  • examine global and regional trends in your research field and how these might conflict with local concerns and specificities
  • identify connections between disciplines.

If you would like advice or support with your abstract, please email Rebecca Shaw at r.l.shaw@adm.leeds.ac.uk.

The ICUR 2025 website has further information about the event and how to submit your abstract.
