How to get involved
The BCUR call for abstracts will open soon. Please check back later for confirmed dates and location.
BCUR 2025 will be hosted as a full in-person conference experience (location TBC). Utilising a range of resources to ensure the enjoyment and safety of our delegates, with the infrastructure to adapt planning should the need arise.
Undergraduates of all levels are invited to submit papers, posters, workshops and performances to the Conference. Abstracts are peer-reviewed and those accepted will be invited to attend the conference.
Once abstract submissions have closed, all abstracts will be reviewed by a panel of reviewers. Applicants will either be accepted or given the opportunity to review their abstract for resubmission. All students asked to resubmit will be given specific feedback on areas for improvement. You will be contacted by email with the outcome of your submission.
If you intend on submitting an abstract and would like advice or support please contact Rebecca Shaw
Further information regarding the event and how to submit your abstract research proposal can be seen on the BCUR2024 Webstite
