Support with module enrolment
Find out how to address issues with online module enrolment.
Accessing the online module enrolment system
If you have an issue trying to access online module enrolment, you should check the dates and times of online enrolment in case you have the wrong date. Find out how and when to enrol on your modules.
If you see a message saying you are not a student in this term, you need to contact the school your course is in so they can update your record.
If you have an issue navigating online module enrolment, you can read the module enrolment guide (PDF).
The online module enrolment system can be slow at peak times. It may take time for the page to open. If you get an error saying ‘online enrolment is currently experiencing high demand’, you need to refresh your browser and confirm form resubmission.
Getting your first-choice module
Some modules fill up very quickly, so you may not get your first choice. The online module enrolment system will display the available spaces for optional modules. If a module is full, the system will show it as ‘FULL’ and you will not be able to select it.
However, places may become available, so you can still try the following options:
- Check the online module enrolment system regularly in case people change their minds and a place becomes available. You can log into the system and change your modules as many times as you like while the online module enrolment system is open.
- If you are a returning student, we recommend checking spaces on modules when Discovery module enrolment opens, as people may drop their optional modules to select Discovery modules instead.
- Contact the school teaching the module to see if they have a waiting list.
Credit error messages
You may need to do a minimum and maximum amount of credits for some courses. When you enrol you may be able to choose between a 10-credit or 15-credit optional module which may enrol you for 120 or 125 credits.
The enrolment system only recognises the maximum figure so it gives you an error if you don’t choose the maximum. You can ignore this error message and continue if you meet the minimum credit requirement for your course.
