Charlotte Webster is the Harassment and Misconduct Manager at the University of Leeds.

She manages the Harassment and Misconduct team, coordinates support for students, and provides specialist advice.

Charlotte also delivers training, education, and engagement activities for the University community and contributes specialist knowledge to help develop University policies. 

Charlotte joined the University of Leeds in March 2022, moving here from another higher education institution where she offered information, advice and guidance to students in one-to-one and group settings.

As a trained Sexual Violence Liaison Officer, she has worked with survivors of sexual violence, domestic abuse and hate crimes since 2015, and previously led the Sexual Violence Liaison Officers service at Leeds Beckett University.

Charlotte is currently working towards her PhD and is passionate about considering the individual and specific needs of students at the University of Leeds through creating a non-judgemental and flexible service.
