Join us on Sunday 31 December for a Pantomime with a twist in a beautiful historic venue.
Meet our Global Community Assistants (wearing purple t-shirts) at the entrance to the City Varieties Music Hall at 11:30 for the performance to start at 12:00. The show lasts around 2 hours and 40 minutes (including a 20 minute interval). Expect fun jokes, audience participation and live music.
After the show, you can check out the Pantomime showcase and learn about the history of the pantomime.
Tickets are subsidised by the University and priced at £9 instead of the usual price of £18.50. You will need to buy your ticket before midday on Monday 11 December.
This event is family friendly. Children and young adults under 18 years old are welcome to attend but must be accompanied by an adult. Please note that we cannot guarantee that staff working on the programme will have a DBS check. If you choose to bring a child or young adult they remain your responsibility at all times.

Please Note: When booking a place for this event, the named participant is making a commitment to attend the event. If after payment a participant cannot attend for any reason including illness, injury and emergencies, the participant will not be entitled to a refund. The event organiser will be as accommodating as possible if the participant cannot attend and will deal with cases on an individual basis up to two weeks before the event. We advise that in the event of the named candidate not being able to attend that they find a replacement to take their position and notify the event organiser at least one week before the date of the event. No changes can be made within two weeks of the event.
