Applying for extra tickets
You may also apply for up to two extra tickets. We allocate these extra tickets on a first-come, first-served basis. They are in very high demand, and there is no guarantee your application will be successful. Please be aware that often there are no extra tickets available at all.
You can express an interest in extra tickets subject to availability via our extra ticket form from Thursday 29 November at 12pm midday until Friday 30 November at 5pm.
If there are any more extra tickets after we have fulfilled the extra ticket applications, they will be available on the day of the ceremony on a first-come, first-served basis.
Your ceremony summary page will inform you whether or not your extra tickets application was successful.

Guests without a ticket
If you want to bring more than two people to your graduation day but don't have any extra tickets, your extra guests can watch a live feed of your ceremony. The feed will be shown in the Rupert Beckett Lecture Theatre in the Michael Sadler Building. This service is unfortunately unavailable on Thursday 13 and Friday 14 December but is likely to be shown in the Student Union bars.
You can also watch the live ceremony feed online for free. All webcasts are archived, so you can also watch after the event.
