Support in response to world events
We're proud to be a supportive global community of students and staff, in a compassionate, outward-looking city. When world events affect members of our community, we know how important it is to have the right support, especially for those who are far away from family and friends back home.
There are many people on campus who are here to offer one-to-one support, whether youre looking for practical help, advice, or someone to talk to about how youre feeling. You can also get help to arrange group activity to show support and solidarity.
You can find support from the campus services below, as well as from your school support staff and your personal tutor/supervisor.
The University Chaplains and the Muslim Student Adviser are here to listen and offer pastoral and spiritual support. They also help with group activity such as reflection, unity events and vigils.
