Lost property in exams

Items left in exam venues will be taken to the exams sub-offices by invigilators after each exam.  Find out where you can locate and collect your lost property.

Lost property found in exam venues will be taken to the nearest sub-office and kept there for the duration of the exam period.  You can find out the location of your exam venue's sub-office on the List of exam venues and sub-offices.

At the end of the exam period, any lost property not collected will be brought back to the Exams Office in the Marjorie and Arnold Ziff building.  Email the Exams Team to find out if your lost property has been handed in and to arrange collection.  Remember to bring your student ID card or other photo identification with you when you come to collect your item(s).

Uncollected items will be kept by the Exams Office for three months after the exam period and will then be disposed of.

Student ID cards left in exam venues

Student ID cards left in exam venues will taken to the sub-office immediately after the exam and will then be handed in at Counter Services in the Marjorie and Arnold Ziff building the next working day.  You will be contacted by Counter Services by email when your card is ready for collection.
